Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after reaching our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website.
Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email or post to Musonic (UK) Ltd within 14 days of receipt.
If you are unhappy with any of our products or service please contact us in writing by email or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. The above do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
