Shipping Charges within UK Mainland
All prices quoted are inclusive of carriage within UK Mainland. Heavy items to be shipped to the Highlands & Islands may attract an additional charge. You will be emailed with notification of any extra charge and be given the opportunity to confirm/cancel the order.
Orders under £50.00 value are sent 2nd Class. If 1st Class is required click here.
Orders under £50.00 are sent untracked. If you required a tracking number you can include Royal Mail Signed For with your order by clicking here.
Shipping Charges outside the UK
Shipping of most items outside UK + £7.50 for orders up to £50.00. Orders over £50.00 + £9.95. Some countries will have a minimum charge of £12.50. Heavy items may attract higher shipping charges. You will be emailed with notification of any extra charges and given the option to confirm/cancel the order. For orders under £50.00 requiring a tracking code there is an additional charge of £4.55 which can be added here.
Orders are normally despatched within 3-5 working days. If items are out of stock you will be notified by email giving the expected date of despatch. If you do not receive your order within 10 working days and have not been notified of a delay please contact us.
Note: Items sent to UK by 1st Class, 2nd Class, Standard Parcels and Signed For are not classed as lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days after the due date, 20 working days (for items posted to Europe) or 25 working days (for items posted to the rest of the world).
Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email or post to Musonic (UK) Ltd within 14 days of receipt. We are unable to refund any of the postage costs for incorrectly ordered items supplied outside UK. It is always best to email us a photo of your old stylus for identification if our photo does not match.
If you are unhappy with any of our products or service please contact us in writing by email or post. All complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days and treated with the utmost confidentiality. The above does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Musonic reserves the right to alter product specifications and prices at any time and for any reason without liability. In the case of prices we will inform you of any change and you will be given the opportunity to confirm or cancel your order. Errors and omissions excepted.
